Any visit will be open to all previous Gardening group members, with spare places being offered to any other u3a members.
I also have been looking at more car share outings, as some members have said that they would prefer this way.

Please note: Garden visits will take place on a Sunday morning starting at 11am & finished by 1pm.
All bookings will be confirmed via email. Money is collected in cash on arrival.
IMPORTANT: As usual with all of our Garden visits, if you cancel your booking and I cannot fill the place OR if you are a no show on the day, you are still expected to pay the money, as it is all for charity.

WR6 6YX We are returning to this amazing quirky garden especially to see the Giant Wisteria in bloom. This has been featured in newspapers, magazines and many TV programmes. It is home to the world's rarest tree. Around every corner can be found amusing curiosities. |

WR14 1HE This peaceful garden is filled with mature trees, pond with a stream alongside a wildflower meadow. A wide variety of plants can be found in the Japanese and New Zealand gardens. Colourful shrubs help to produce a garden full of colour in August. An arbour inspired by Geoff Hamilton. Elgar wrote some of the Enigma Variations in a bell tent in this garden, hence the name of the house! |

Members have requested a return visit to this amazing colourful garden. A wide variety of trees, shrubs and plants and planting ideas offer some wonderful views of the surrounding countryside. |

Follow the A449 then the A442 onto the Roman rd A38,off the big roundabout, 3rd exit signed Worcester. After 2 miles, at the 2nd roundabout take the 3rd exit onto Addyes Way and turn right by the post box into Showell rd. | Sunday 6th July 11am start Without a doubt the most beautiful and interesting garden we have ever visited. We will visit it again next year in a different month. | Garden is in Mamble nr Kidderminster Details as follows Address: Cherry Tree Barn, Southnett, Mamble, Kidderminster DY14 9JT on the A456 Distance: 13mls 25mins 3 miles from Clows Top. Past Mamble village after a mile turn Left up the wide white stone track off the main A456 road, a few yards passed the turning to Neen Sollars which is on the right. Yellow signs will be visible. out on the verge, drive up the lane taking the right fork and parking is on the right hand side. The cost will be £10 each including drinks and cake, to be collected in cash on arrival. The garden is a riot of colour containing ponds, roses, bog garden and woodland area all giving wonderful views over open countryside. It is a multi themed mature garden with many water features, colourful borders and a wildlife pond. Drive to Bromsgrove to the first roundabout, bear left to the traffic lights past Asda. Bear onto the A38, R into School Lane, slight R onto B4096 then L into Little Heath Lane. Follow this road over the M42 motorway . Right into Brookhouse Rd, continue on Shepley Rd, then Fiery Hill Rd, Left into Brookwood Rd, parking around the near streets. |
